Role Overview

The Human Resources Administrator will be a pivotal part of our team, responsible for overseeing HR processes and supporting the development of a positive work culture. This role requires a balance of strategic and hands-on HR management skills, ensuring compliance and fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding : Facilitate comprehensive onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively into the company.
  • HR Compliance : Ensure all HR activities abide by legal and regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Recruitment Support : Assist in recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Employee Relations : Provide support for resolving employee inquiries and enhancing employee satisfaction.
  • HR Systems Management : Maintain and update HR systems and databases with accurate employee records.
  • Policy Implementation : Assist in interpreting and implementing HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Benefits Administration : Support benefits enquiries and facilitate the benefits enrolment process for employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
  • Organisational Skills : Strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently in a busy work environment.
  • Attention to Detail : Keen eye for details, ensuring accurate and precise record-keeping.
  • Proficiency : Strong skills in HRIS software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English)
