You'll Have the Opportunity To...

·       Gather and analyze data to identify key performance improvement areas.

·       Facilitate process and design meetings with stakeholders to define objectives, identify gaps, and shape actionable solutions.

·       Oversee the implementation of revised company processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with goals.

·       Manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.

·       Monitor and test automated workflows and advanced analytic reporting to ensure success and sustainability.

·       Build trusted relationships with customers, leading to greater satisfaction and loyalty.

·       Provide market feedback on customer trends, market developments, and competitive activities.

What You Will Bring to the Team...

·       Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate meetings, articulate complex ideas, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.

·       Strong project management skills, with experience in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables for process improvement initiatives.

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.

·       3 years of experience as a business process analyst or in a similar role.

·       Hands-on experience with RPA, workflow and process discovery software, such as:

o  Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI & Apps, Nintex Promapp, UiPath, Automation Anywhere

·       A proven portfolio of completed projects that delivered quantifiable workflow improvements.

·       Advanced understanding of integrated business functions, workflows, and processes.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·       Experience with team collaboration and stakeholder management.

·       A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
