Job Title: Desktop Support
Job Type: Contract for 6 months
Location: Onsite - McPherson, KS -67460/ Laurel, MT- 59044
Minimum Qualifications (required)
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Proven experience with endpoint management software platforms, desktop provisioning technologies, and PXE
• Advanced knowledge of Dell computer hardware and Printers
• Proficiency in popular operating systems Desktop/Mobile (Windows, IOS, Android) and software applications
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with network connectivity, patching, port tracing and troubleshooting
Good to have
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field
• ITIL Certification
• Certification: CCNA, A , N
• Scripting/Automation knowledge (PowerShell)
Physical Requirements
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional work hours and occasional off hours to control interruptions to production processing and business impact
• Ability to work in manufacturing environment wearing appropriate PPE
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Top Three Skills:
- 2 years of desktop support (laptop and mobile as well)
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure, In Tune
- Ability to work with a team and individual
