They need to relocate or be local to Nashville Tennessee. Ideally want someone onsite 5 days a week but could do 3 days. Working on full time salary when they convert, but I can talk full time rate later. Want someone that is USC GC holder, but for the right candidate they can sponsor to go full time.
- Within Kronos, which modules would you like their experience to be within? Scheduling, time keeping, etc. - Time Keeping, Labor Management interface, Leave of Absence module, Labor Scheduling, Time and Attendance, ADP interfaces and Connect software for interfaces.
- What version of Kronos do you run? Would like to understand if it’s Dimensions or not. – We are not on Dimensions yet but have plans for a future upgrade.
- Is there a rate the team would like the resource to be within? – Looking for contractor to hire with 3 months timeline,
- Will it be 5 days a week onsite in Nashville? Or is the formatting different with a hybrid schedule? Preferably 5 days a week onsite, but three days is mandatory
Would you want this person to be brought on fulltime, or would it be a contract role? Contract to hire as fulltime (typical 3 months)
