Role- Project Lead UKG Dimensions and Kronos.
Location- Nashville ,TN (Hybrid)
Long Term Contract
Experienced Project Lead with 13 to 15 years of expertise in scheduling, timekeeping, and workforce management solutions, specifically with UKG Dimensions and Kronos. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support of workforce management projects, ensuring seamless timekeeping and scheduling processes.
- Lead and manage UKG Dimensions/Kronos implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to define project requirements and objectives.
- Design and configure workforce management solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, payroll integration, and compliance within UKG/Kronos solutions.
- Provide technical and functional expertise on UKG Dimensions, Workforce Central, and Workforce Ready.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and labor laws in timekeeping and scheduling policies.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, accruals, and labor regulations.
- Experience in project leadership, stakeholder management, and team collaboration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
