This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth repair process for our customers and keeping our front office running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Clearly explain the collision repair process to customers, including estimated timelines, insurance approvals, and next steps.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain organized records.
- Handle paperwork related to estimates, insurance claims, and invoices.
- Provide updates to customers regarding their vehicle’s repair status.
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
