Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Investor Relations Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for a junior or senior business student eager to gain hands-on experience in investment management, investor relations, and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Follow-up & Nurture Investor Pipeline : Engage with potential investors, track communications, and provide timely follow-ups to maintain relationships and build trust.
- Conduct Initial Investor Consultations : Set up and conduct introductory meetings with investors, clearly articulating our investment strategies and opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Attend networking events, industry conferences, and company-sponsored functions to represent APEX CAPITAL GROUP and generate investor leads.
- Investor Communication : Assist in drafting emails, newsletters, and reports to keep investors informed about ongoing projects and opportunities.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and update CRM tools to track engagement and follow-ups.
- Market Research & Industry Insights : Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to enhance investor conversations.
- Workload is 10-20 hours per week
