Job Summary:
We are busy! We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join the Apex Chassis team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general office duties
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Responding to vendor and customer emails
- Provide excellent customer support
- Printing shipping labels
You must have excellent attention to detail, speak/read/write fluent English; have good computer skills, and some background. Knowledge of bookkeeping, Shopify and UPS labels is a plus. Must have good attendance!
Apex Chassis is a wholesale and retail auto parts business, with 90% ecommerce sales. We're fanatical about customer service, and we believe that is only achieved with great employees who are treated well.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour dependent on experience!
