Landscape Project Manager Sales Design in Landscape Division
We are currently looking for a Landscape Project Manager - Sales Designer in our Residential & Commercial Landscape Division who will meet with clients, give recommendations, create landscape designs, and present proposals to customers.
Your designs will be installed by Minnesota's best landscape construction crews.
Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 base per year IN ADDITION TO sales and production incentives to $150,000.

Responsibilities:- Working with prospective customers to discover their "beautiful standard of living"
- Create quotes
- Manage installation, from start to finish
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Finding Clients through traditional and out-of-the-box thinking
- Manage multiple projects along with your calendar
- Work in a fast-paced environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
- Working closely with vendors, subcontractors, and employees ensuring exceptional customer service and quality at all times
- 2-3 years of experience in Landscape Sales & Management
- Self-starter who is committed to producing quality work that exceeds client expectations
- Exceptional sales ability
- Effective communication both verbally and in writing
- Extremely well-organized
- Assure that the quality of work is performed at the highest level
- Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, juggle multiple projects, and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Software and various CRM systems
- Clear driving history
