Your Responsibilities as a Foreman - Operational Services:
- Repair post construction stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, underground piping and stormwater basins throughout the REGION
- Maintain equipment trailer and service vehicles.
- Operate hand-held, power tools and heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator).
- Train and supervise construction technicians.
- Travel is Monday-Friday, as needed.
- Manage project activities, budgets, documentation and timelines.
- Apply construction and regulatory compliance techniques.
- Document field observations.
- Account for and manage project materials and equipment.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Ensure safe performance of project work.
- Actively develop your own career path.

What we're looking for:- GED or High School Diploma.
- 5-7 years of construction experience.
- Overnight travel 85% of the time.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and manage staff
- Experience with operation of heavy construction equipment (e.g. skid loader, backhoe, excavator), power tools and concrete hand tools.
- Prior experience with repair and construction of stormwater infrastructure, concrete structures, rebar and concrete finishing, underground piping and detention/retention basins
- Able to perform manual labor, Lift and carry 60 pounds, work in confined spaces and under inclement weather conditions.
- Knowledge of stormwater & sediment and erosion control.
- Thorough understanding of safe work practices in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Comfortable using pickups and equipment trailers while understanding DOT requirements.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
