As a Handyman at Apex Contracting, you will be a key player in maintaining and improving residential properties. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, from minor repairs to larger construction projects, ensuring that everything is completed to the highest standard. You will work alongside our experienced crew and have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties
• Assist in various aspects of construction, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasks
• Manage and complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality
• Work with a team of skilled professionals to meet project deadlines
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction
• Follow all safety regulations and standards in every project

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of general construction or handyman experience
• Ability to perform a variety of construction tasks (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Must have a valid driver's license (CDL is a plus, but not essential)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Own set of tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime
