Phone & Customer Service
- Answer incoming calls in a professional and engaging manner.
- Provide detailed information about our venue, activities, and event packages.
- Address customer questions and concerns with clarity and enthusiasm.
Event Inquiry & Booking Support
Follow-Ups & Lead Management
Administrative & Team Support
What We're Looking For :
Excellent Communication Skills - You're confident, articulate, and friendly on the phone.
