Job Overview:

• Perform all duties of maintaining a small commercial property, such as emptying trash, leaf/debris removal and maintaining parking lots etc.
• Preferably have experience in commercial property maintenance
• Maintain 7-8 properties in the Northern Kentucky Area
• Must pass a 5-year background check
• Full-time position, Monday thru Friday 40 hours a week
• Flexible start time
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have reliable transportation
