You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service and expertise in the field of fencing.
Responsibilities :Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through market research, referrals, and networking. Generate and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.Consultative Sales : Understand the unique needs of each commercial client and recommend appropriate fencing solutions. Provide expert guidance on materials, design, and installation options.Proposal Development : Prepare detailed and customized proposals that address the specific requirements and budget constraints of each client. Clearly communicate the value proposition of our fencing products and services.Negotiation : Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contract agreements. Work to overcome objections and close sales effectively.Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure client satisfaction and seek opportunities for upselling or repeat business.Market Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and local market conditions. Share insights with the team to help refine our product and service offerings.Project Coordination : Liaise between clients and our installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Coordinate site visits and inspections as needed.Sales Reporting : Report sales to Sales Manager, attend sales meetings.Experience :1 Year MINIMUM commercial construction estimating or project managment experience.Must have plan reading knowledge.Must have experience doing material takeoffs.Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related fieldStrong ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvementExcellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectivelyOutstanding customer service skills with a customer-centric approachFamiliarity with account management practices and strategiesProficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferredFluency in Spanish is a plus, but not requiredJoin our team today and embark on a rewarding career in sales where your contributions will drive our company's success!
