We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Working with our Sales and Service Team to coordinate Scheduling
- Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
```Qualifications```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
-Must be proficient with Quickbooks
- Previous experience in an office or front desk setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
