JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for day-to-day operations including overseeing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between staff and clients, coordination with clinicians and supervisor to ensure a professional clinic environment.

Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, as well as managing a fast-paced environment. It is vital that this person have the aptitude to work collaboratively as needed on projects, the ability to work independently and possess outstanding attention to detail, as well as excellent time management skills.
Education and / or Experience
Minimum of a GED or high school diploma; previous experience in office management, knowledge of behavioral health services, and experience in maintaining program and service accuracy.

Job Duties
Serve as the first point of contact for those seeking HHI services therefore presenting with excellent customer service skills
Provide administrative support to LMHPs, as well as the Clinical Director
Draft letters and support correspondence for LMHPs
Assist LMHPs in rescheduling clients as necessary
Oversee the front office area, including phone and door coverage and refer calls to the correct staff, take detailed messages
Assist with all administrative duties as assigned providing support to the Clinical Director of Outpatient
Collaborate with other administrators, management and support personnel on a regular basis
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of the behavioral health field
Assist Clinical Director in identifying, monitoring and reporting performance and service improvement opportunities through analysis of operational data
Prioritize assigned tasks and responsibilities, with the knowledge that flexibility is often required
Follow all agency policies and procedures, as well as those of regulatory bodies; monitor programs to comply with state and CARF standards
Other duties as assigned
