What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Apex Group?
We are looking for someone that is organized, detail oriented with strong communication skills. Experience in office management or administration. Tech savvy and problem solving mindset. Having experience in a construction environment is a huge plus! You will be in charge of managing office preparations and administrative tasks, coordinate schedules and support team members, oversee supplies, invoices and office needs, handling employee onboarding and HR. Handling DOTs for our fleet, handling daily paperwork from the drivers and foreman and inserting them into job cost.

Pay is DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
