Job Summary :
The Assistant ER Nurse Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Emergency Department Nurse Manager in overseeing daily operations. This includes ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff schedules, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The position requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to function effectively in high-pressure situations. You will also provide direct patient care as needed and serve as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments within the hospital.
