Responsibilities : Billing & Payments :
- Oversee all aspects of billing, including applying credits / charges, creating invoices, and processing payments
- Manage payments for private pay, third-party, VA, Care.com, and long-term care (LTC) clients
- Ensure all clients are invoiced correctly and no accounts are missed
