- Employee Relations : Be the go-to resource for employee concerns, fostering an open and supportive environment. Use your conflict resolution skills to maintain a harmonious workplace where everyone feels valued and heard.
- Performance Management : Partner with managers to assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and help employees reach their full potential with performance improvement plans and coaching.
