Key Responsibilities :
- Clinical Oversight : Ensure proper medical practices by reviewing patient charts, care plans, and medication administration across all facilities.
- Quality Assurance : Conduct audits and assessments to identify opportunities for enhancing patient care and staff performance.
- Compliance Management : Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, addressing any issues in a timely manner.
