Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight: Ensure proper medical practices by reviewing patient charts, care plans, and medication administration across all facilities.- Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and assessments to identify opportunities for enhancing patient care and staff performance.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations, addressing any issues in a timely manner.
- Staff Development: Provide ongoing clinical education and training to nursing staff, maintaining high standards of competency.
- Incident Management: Investigate and address patient incidents, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication with facility administrators, nursing staff, physicians, and resident families to ensure coordinated care.
- Performance Evaluations: Regularly assess nursing staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
- Proven experience in nursing leadership, particularly in a long-term care setting.
