Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment and Evaluation
- Treatment Planning and Management
- Acute and Chronic Disease Management
- Surgical and Procedural Assistance
- Patient Education and Counseling
- Collaborative Care
- Documentation and Recordkeeping
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and ethical practice.
Experience:
- PA with 1 year experience preferred but would consider training the right candidate out of school.
License:
- NJ Medical License
