Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at APEX Home Health & Hospice. This full-time position requires a flexible schedule, working from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Responsibilities:
- Nursing Care Delivery: Provide efficient and effective nursing care to residents, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being.
- Daily Nursing Functions: Conduct daily nursing functions as per regulatory requirements.
- Staff Management: Assign staff duties and mentor nursing personnel to ensure optimal performance.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments according to established policies.
- Shift Coordination: Coordinate shift assignments and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Incident Reporting: Document incidents and investigate complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Vocational program graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
