Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Quiburi Mission Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with company, state, federal, and local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with thorough documentation regarding care and service provided.
- Participate in the orientation of new residents and family members to the facility.
- Take part in facility surveys and inspections as scheduled.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of high-quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction during each shift.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
