Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly line processes and be proficient in the use of both power and hand tools. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Fabricate parts as needed for production processes.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in operating forklifts for material handling when required.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations is advantageous.
- Proficient mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Experience using power tools, hand tools, and forklifts is highly desirable.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
