Job Description
Pay : DOE $20-25
Purpose and Scope :
The Solar Laborer follows the instructions set forth by and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure that quality work is completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities :
- Hand digs trenches.
- Forms, pours, and finishes concrete.
- Installs PVC and HDPE underground conduits.
- Loads and unloads trucks.
- Hauls, hoists, and stores materials.
- Operates a variety of hand and power tools.
- Reports back the detailed and accurate list of duties performed.
- Restores areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed and straw).
- Maintains a clean and safe jobsite, picks up tools, equipment, debris, etc.
- Safely and efficiently operates a hydro-vac to dig trenches, foundations, and spot utilities.
- Takes responsibility for assigned work outcomes.
- All other duties as required.
