Job Description : APEX is looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional with proven experience and expertise in Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. The ideal candidate should be efficient, tech-savvy, and able to attract top-tier talent, filling positions quickly with the right candidate. This role requires 7 years of employee recruitment experience, with particular expertise in leveraging social media platforms and hiring tools to fill positions. Experience recruiting and onboarding international staff (especially from China) is a plus. Strong proficiency in HRIS and ATS platforms is necessary to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire recruitment process for entry-level to mid-level roles - quickly filling open positions with qualified, top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and write job descriptions.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Indeed Smart Sourcing, etc.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and perform reference and background checks.
- Maintain candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent APEX at college career fairs and community job recruitment events.
- Build relationships with school administrators, career offices, and networking groups.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including new hire orientation and necessary technology setup.
- Coordinate with managers to ensure new hires are ready for their start date.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance reporting.
- Provide support for other HR functions and programs, such as payroll and benefits.
