Admin Assistant – Business Operations

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Support filing bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Provides support as needed for management to make informed decisions
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Experience:

  • 1-3 years Admin support exp
  • 1-3 years Accounting Exp
  • 1-3 years HR Exp
  • 1-3 years Managerial Exp
  • Associates/Bachelors Degree in Business Admin, Mgmt, etc
