- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
- Answers phone calls and conducts scheduling calls
- Creates tickets and manages portals for 3rd party partnerships
- Supports slack service channel
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Completes operational requirements by permitting and assigning administrative projects
and expediting work results
- Makes travel arrangements for field technicians such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or
restaurant reservations
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
- Provides information by answering questions and requests
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Salary starts at $16-$18/hour based on qualifications
