This Fall 2024- AKABA LLC is seeking a Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our home-based, direct services team via a Hybrid- partially remote role.

Our skilled team provides intensive behavioral services within the home and community to individuals diagnosed with Autism. The AKABA ABA program provides comprehensive interventions to individuals between the ages of 3-22 to improve behaviors, enhance communication skills and teach strategies for self-regulation. As a BCBA Supervisor, you would work with the clinical team to oversee processes, review policies, and supervise field based services. Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and ablity to hold a LABA (License Applied Behavior Analyst) in Massachusetts.
- At least 2 years as a BCBA in home based ABA services.
- Positive and solution-focused approach that leads to amazing growth for AKABA's clients and families
- Familiarity with the use of VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, ABLLS-R, and EFL is a plus

Pay: 75 /hr with additional supports for caseloads
Job Location: Worcester Metro, MA
Required education: Master's Degree, LABA or BCBA Certificate
Required experience: 2 years supervising ABA services
Other Requirements: a valid Drivers License, a reliable form of transportation, and a clean Background Check.
