Welcoming BCBAs residing in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. *Must be able to travel to the Worcester, MA area on an intermittent basis.*

Responsibilities of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
- Conduct intake and assessment (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS etc)
- Design and develop individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
- Complete ongoing documentation as required by insurance companies
- Educate parents and staff about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Model, implement and monitor progress of skills using behavior analysis
- Review documentation and and provide feedback as needed
- Case supervision via direct and indirect supervision, emails and phone calls
- Attend IEP and Quarterly meetings as needed
Job Pay: Non Exempt. Opportunity to make $80,000- $100,000
Job Location: Worcester County - Our center is located in Auburn, MA with clients coming primarily from the Worcester Metro Area. We have Telehealth components that allow for partly remote works to mix in days at our center and in-home.
