Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, ongoing skill development, and specialized workshops.
- Evaluate franchisee performance to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Create engaging training materials, such as presentations, role-play scenarios, and e-learning modules.
- Provide coaching and feedback to franchisees and their team members to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to align training strategies with business goals.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
