YOUR DAY
As a Sales Trainer, you provide exceptional guidance and coaching that empowers our sales reps and drives business revenue! You conduct quality training sessions in group settings and one-on-one meetings, educating our team members on the best strategies. Staying on top of the latest sales practices, you implement new systems and inform team members how to effectively execute them. You document and report employee progress, allowing you to see firsthand how your efforts make a difference!
SCHEDULE
You normally work from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales experience
- Ability to travel for sales meetings
- Willingness to learn our system and implement it
A proven track record of making successful sales would be a bonus!
