POSITION SUMMARY: The Machine Operator- Bender will perform various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. The Machine Operator- Bender will bend pipe and tubing material for use in pipe fabrication, coils, heat exchangers, railings, and other fabricated metal assemblies.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Qualification H.S Diploma
- Prior experience in a metal fabrication shop is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
- Able to read and follow blueprints, manuals, work orders, directions, instructions and procedures
- Able to operate fork truck and overhead cranes
- Use measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, or micrometers
- Intermediate math skills
- Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools, air and power tools
- Able to follow directions, instructions and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Reasoning and problem solving skills
