What your day will look like:
- Oversee daily safety and supervision of employees, ensuring optimal use of resources to meet the production schedule.
- Foster teamwork and unity among staff, both within the shift and across different shifts.
- Implement and uphold company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Manage shift staffing and coordinate training efforts.
- Ensure employee safety by monitoring proper use of personal protective equipment and supporting safety committee initiatives.
- Track the completion and accuracy of mold changes, first and last shots, production reporting, and control paperwork, including mold change checklists, quality sign-offs, process verifications, training documents, and operator work instructions.
- Conduct daily reviews of key performance indicators and employee morale to drive continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of success
- 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience leading teams of 20 individuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (IQMS experience is a plus).
- Experience in thermoplastic injection molding preferred
