    As our new Territory Manager, you’ll leverage both your recruiting and sales expertise to drive talent acquisition and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. In this role, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to job offers, while playing a key role in Apex’s business development and client engagement strategy.

    • Your Responsibilities :

    • Recruiting & Talent Acquisition : Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source top talent; conduct screenings and in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Sales & Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, and contribute to business development initiatives.
    • Process Facilitation : Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding : Extend job offers, assist with negotiation as needed, and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
    • Community Engagement : Represent Apex at hiring events, community groups, and networking opportunities to build connections and expand our reach.
