Position Description:
Our Dispatcher position will specifically focus on creating a 5 Star Experience for our customers by ensuring the right Plumbing Professional is sent to the right customers at the right time. In addition to managing the daily working schedule of our Plumbing Professionals, the Dispatcher will be the primary point of contact for customer communication from the dispatch notification until the job is completed. Additional possible duties, include, but are not limited to; supporting inbound customer service calls if necessary, appointment rescheduling, customer problem resolution, performing customer follow up after appointments are completed and following up on unsold estimates

Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent required.
- At least one year experience dispatching in Plumbing, HVAC or other service focused business is highly preferred. Dispatch roles within local trucking or other logistical focused businesses will be accepted so long as it is locally focused dispatched
- Outstanding phone-based customer service skills
- Knowledge Service Titan is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package Highly Preferred
- Knowledge to Gmail Suite Highly Preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and as well as a diverse, free flowing task list
- Ability to easily connect with people in person as well as over the phone, email and social media

General Work Schedule: Monday - Friday but we do have a weekend rotation, some weekend work will be required.
