Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with OT options)
Position Summary:
Develop, coordinate, and track all marketing activities. Establish a marketing budget with the Owner and determine a monthly budget. Meet with all prospective marketing companies to research new marketing techniques. Manage all post-marketing activities. Apply and confirm receipt of co-op dollars.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage post-marketing spreadsheet daily, including thank you cards, 3-month verbal follow-up by salesperson, 6-month maintenance/filter and referral, and 12-month
birthday/warranty and referral
- Coordinate activities with the Lifetime System Enhancement database and related follow-up
- Track & manage master lead source log
- Pull lead tracking sheets from each department
- Create a monthly spreadsheet for return on investment and place it on the Owner’s desk by the 3rd of each month
- Updates to website
- Organic search for website
- Pay-per-click program on website
- Run monthly Google Analytics and compare to the previous month, previous year, and current year-to-date statistics
- Manage agreed-upon social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Internet review process Facilitate referral program, track referral sources and payouts
- Research new sources of co-op advertising funds
- Other duties as assigned
- Coordinate all marketing meetings, meet with salespeople to gather information on programs, and gather document notes regarding terms of agreements with vendors
- Coordinate all direct mail campaigns (existing customers and cycle marketing), including newsletters, phone calls to the existing customer base, and e-mail marketing.
- Manage all post-install radius marketing by entering all installs weekly into the corresponding manufacturer’s or 3rd party’s radius mailing program, in-house or outsourced
- Coordinate all community events/home shows and track results
- Manage Angie’s List, which includes responding with appropriate company feedback and comments
- Manage BBB account
- Manage and update customer databases daily and weekly, existing and new targets
- Attend Manager’s Meetings to present marketing results and alert department Manager of upcoming marketing activities/promotions
- Submit co-op advertising claims and track payments
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High school Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal skills
- Well organized and ability to work independently
- Professional phone skills
- Creative thinker
- 1-2 Years of Inside Sales or telemarketing experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic personality
- Teachable
- Timely in all work and attendance
