Lawn Care Crew Leader

Apex Property Care is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to lead a team of Lawn Care Specialists for the 2024 summer season! As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing your team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership skills and knowledge of gardening, lawn maintenance, and groundskeeping will be essential in this role.

Duties:
- Coordinate the activities of the lawn care crew
- Provide guidance and training to crew members on proper techniques for gardening, lawn maintenance, and groundskeeping
- Plan and schedule daily tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform hands-on work alongside the crew, including lawn care, garden maintenance, and minor irrigation
- Monitor equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape/lawn maintenance or groundskeeping
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of proper techniques for lawn care, garden maintenance, and irrigation
- Ability to operate landscaping/lawn care equipment and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

Job Type:

Salary:

• $28.00 based on experience

Supplemental pay types:
