We are looking for Dispatch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be versatile, highly motivated, detail orientated and be able support clients and our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatching & Scheduling:
- Manage the daily dispatching of technicians to service calls, installations, and maintenance jobs.
- Optimize technician schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
- Adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate urgent requests, cancellations, or delays.
- Customer Communication:
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide status updates, and resolve scheduling issues.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate as needed to maintain satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight:
- Track job progress to ensure timely completion and address any delays.
- Maintain open communication with field technicians to provide support and gather updates.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train dispatch staff, providing guidance on efficient scheduling practices and customer interaction.
- Foster a collaborative work environment between dispatchers, technicians, and office staff.
- Act as a key point of contact for technicians during service calls, offering logistical or procedural support.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as response times, technician utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze dispatch operations and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technician schedules, and job statuses.

- Patriciate in all required company activities, such as; training, meetings and other events as scheduled.
- Ability to submit payroll and hourly times for all employees in the dispatch room.
- Ability to understand priority jobs and delegate tasks to dispatch team
- Coaching dispatch team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package Highly Preferred
- Knowledge to Gmail Suite Highly Preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and as well as a diverse, free flowing task list
- Ability to easily connect with people in person as well as over the phone, email and social media
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
