What You’ll Be Doing (aka, Why You’ll Never Be Bored)
- Be the First Touch: You’ll be the voice, face, and first impression of APEX QA. Your job is to engage new prospects, qualify leads, and tee up sales conversations for our Account Managers.
- Talk to Cool People: Reach out to quality managers, directors, and C-suite leaders who are actively looking to improve their systems. This isn’t spammy cold calling—we lead with value, and they know our name.
- Feed the Funnel: Research, build, and manage lists of ideal clients (aerospace, manufacturing, defense—cool industries with high standards).
- Collaborate Like a Pro: Work with sales and marketing to test outreach strategies, improve messaging, and celebrate wins together.
- Grow Like Crazy: Get real coaching, weekly check-ins, and support from a team that actually wants to see you win.
What You Bring to the Table
- 1–3 years of sales, lead generation, or SDR experience (or you’re just naturally persuasive and curious—we can train you)
- You love people. You love talking to them. You love solving their problems.
- Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, email sequences, and Zoom (or quick to learn)
- You’re organized, coachable, and you take action without needing a micromanaging boss (because we don’t have one of those)
