Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented project coordinator to join our roofing operations team. You’ll handle day-to-day operations coordination, customer stisfaction, and ensure our crews have what they need to succeed. We want a proactive, relentless, and disciplined leader who’s fluent in Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for roofing projects
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, and logistics to keep projects on track
- Manage and mentor field staff, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
Qualifications
- 2 years of management experience (leading teams, handling performance reviews, etc.)
- Proven office/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be comfortable speaking and writing in both languages
- Strong organizational skills with a knack for prioritizing multiple tasks
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and solution-focused approach
