About Apex Service Partners:

We are seeking a Paid Search Analyst with comprehensive expertise in Paid Campaign Management to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to meet defined performance metrics including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Display.
- Manage campaigns, bid strategies, and budget allocation to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and the professional growth of team members
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with SEO, creative and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of campaign strategies
- Industry Knowledge - Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising to continually enhance campaign performance
- Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance skills and contribute to the team’s knowledge base
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital paid advertising
- Experience managing budgets over $500K per month
- Proven expertise in managing paid campaigns on Google and Bing Ads.
- Deep expertise with variety of marketing campaign types in Google and Bing Ads (PMAX, Display, Youtube etc.)
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills and a data-driven mindset
- Google Ads Certified (current)
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics platform
- Understanding of landing page best practices. Knowledge of Unbounce is a big plus
- Proven track record of A/B testing and ad experiments
- Knowledge of Google Local Services Ads a plus
- Knowledge of AI to build/manage campaigns a plus
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The annual pay opportunity for this role is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
