The Smoking Gun Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our in-house team in Rockwall, Texas. This role is ideal for an experienced PPC expert who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment, managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive measurable business results. You will play a critical role in shaping our digital advertising strategies , ensuring optimal performance across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid media channels .

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC campaigns to achieve business objectives.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A / B testing, and bid strategy optimizations to improve campaign performance.
Analyze campaign data, identify trends , and provide actionable insights to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) .
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and conversion-focused assets.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.
Monitor and report on KPIs, budget pacing, and campaign performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure success and refine targeting strategies.
Lead retargeting, shopping ads, display advertising, and YouTube campaigns to enhance overall digital strategy.

Qualifications & Experience :

3-5 years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management with proven success in managing six-figure budgets.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager .

Strong understanding of paid search strategies, audience targeting, and conversion rate optimization .

Experience with e-commerce, lead generation, or multi-channel marketing campaigns preferred.

Bonus : Experience managing PPC campaigns in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, etc.).

Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Looker, or other reporting platforms is a plus.

Google Ads Certification is a strong plus .

Ability to work on-site in Rockwall, Texas .
