Responsibilities of the Customer Success Manager:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier service.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to address concerns, provide support, and maximize their experience.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Manager team members to refine customer engagement strategies and improve overall service.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to provide expert-level guidance to customers.

Qualifications for the Customer Success Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is a plus.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing the client experience.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
