Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the organization's vision, set goals, and adapt to industry trends.
- Executive Oversight: Manage operations, programs, and services while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Financial & Resource Management: Partner with the CFO to oversee budgets, financial planning, and asset protection.
- Board & Governance Support: Facilitate board meetings, provide updates, and implement policies effectively.
- Staff & Culture Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing team to deliver top-quality services.
- Community Engagement: Act as the public face of the organization, build partnerships, and advocate for key initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including 3 years in an executive role
- Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for advancing the organization’s mission and making a meaningful impact
