Job Description:
The Applications Analyst is responsible for partnering with the agile working team including the Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to integrate, configure, support, and enhance applications for the Customer Service organizations across the electric operating companies. This includes new technology solutions and existing application lifecycle management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required. Advanced degree is a plus.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Strong understanding of Customer Service related applications dealing specifically with interaction management and routing. (ex. eGain Agent Desktop, Avaya Oceana Workspaces)
Working understanding of SAFe Agile methodology.
Proven record of achieving measurable business results working with diverse teams.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to integrate and configure call center technologies.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet regularly with all applicable project team members and business stakeholders.
Work with Product Owner, developers, other stakeholders to help coordinate project activities.
Understand business requirements and needs to meet business objectives for interaction management.
Integration, configuration, and support of new and existing technology solutions.
Test and ensure application functionality meets technical and business requirements.
