Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to provide end-to-end project management support for key initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing and supporting development, facilitating testing, and maintaining effective communication. The primary focus will be on both User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans and scripts, ensuring accurate data staging for pipeline and production testing.
- Participate in weekend testing during project release weekends, with post-production support to address issues in collaboration with technology and business partners.
- Support senior Product Owners with large-scale projects, offering testing and project assistance as needed.
- Utilize tools and techniques to efficiently plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.
- Build strong relationships across business, technology, operations, and control teams, effectively engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate changes to stakeholders through clear written updates or live presentations (e.g., demonstrations or status meetings).
- Collaborate within platforms like Jira, managing Epics and Stories as required.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities to research and address business problems through requirements and testing.
- Expertise in defect management and resolution across the entire project lifecycle.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans/scripts for production and pipeline testing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to foster relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Skills:
- Certified SAFE Product Owner/Project Manager (PO/PM) or familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Knowledge of COBE or client onboarding and maintenance platforms/systems.
- Prior experience with leadership or project management roles.
