Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Develop and maintain user stories and process maps to support project goals
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve business processes and systems
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding
- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and processes
- Lead and support system migrations from legacy solutions to modern platforms
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7 years proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment
- Strong experience with user stories, process mapping, and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in JIRA and/or ADO and other project management tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with system migrations from legacy to modern solutions
- Good general technical understanding, specifically in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in product ownership, including defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Ability to prioritize and manage product backlog effectively
- Strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
